Let me tell you a little about this blog. It is my job to let you customers or soon to be customers know what other people think about Brokenarrowwear.com. We post reviews about our silk screen printing, custom embroidery, custom t-shirts and so much more. We want you to be comfortable with doing business with us and there is no better way to decide by looking at what other people think. We don’t post just the awesome reviews ( which there are plenty) but we post the not so awesome ones also. We want you to be completely happy ordering with Broken-Arrow and we want your custom t-shirts to be our advertising, along with your word of mouth!

Additional comments / suggestions: EVERYONE in your company was extremely courteous and helpful. Each sales person I talked to was nice and also very helpful and professional. I worked with Rachel and she was outstanding in every way. However, I had one little problem and so maybe you can still help me. One custom t-shirt had an ink spot on it. I sent it back and they cleaned it up and sent it back to me which I greatly appreciated. But I felt like I should not have had to pay for postage and I forgot to ask Rachel about that. So I was wondering if I could be reimbursed for the postage cost of sending the custom t-shirt back to you? Of course, that was my own fault for not asking Rachel about it before now. Other than that, I am VERY PLEASED with the whole process of working with your company. Again you sales force was just absolutely wonderful! I will refer others to your company. Thanks, Mary

Additional comments / suggestions: There was a follow up problem with my order. My artwork had been approved on July 17, 2010 and my order delivery date had been confirmed for July 27, 2010. The day my custom t-shirts were supposed to be delivered I received a phone call stating that my order had not yet been processed, so you can imagine my surprise when I found out that my order wouldn’t get to me by August 3, 2010. The rep I was dealing with at this point (Jill) talked with a supervisor and was able to arrange to have the t-shirts delivered to me by July 30, 2010 which was my deadline. Needless to say, that was cutting it close. Fortunately, everything worked out, I was extremely happy with the quality of the product, my client was happy, but I was sweating bullets until my custom t-shirts arrived. I would still like to know what caused the confusion so when I order in the future I won’t run into the same problem.
